Hayley I. Sheldon, M.D.
Hayley I. Sheldon, M.D. is a body radiologist at Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI). She specializes in body imaging and injection procedures to help patients manage joint and back pain. Dr. Sheldon has additional expertise in breast imaging and Interventional procedures, including breast MRI, breast MRI biopsies, mammography and breast biopsies. Prior to joining CDI, Dr. Sheldon was an assistant professor of radiology at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Medicine.
Dr. Sheldon completed her post graduate training and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Medicine, with a fellowship in abdominal imaging (MRI/CT/Ultrasound), with emphasis in diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures. She was recognized for outstanding resident performance in breast imaging, and received the RSNA Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award. Dr. Sheldon received her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed her undergraduate degree at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
Dr. Sheldon’s memberships include the Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, American College of Radiology, Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound and International Spine Intervention Society.
